The Rotary Conference Center is a mission-driven facility operated primarily by the volunteer board of The Rotary Foundation of Jacksonville, NC. Use of the facility is based on shared operational costs, not profit-based rental fees. The User agrees to contribute toward the costs associated with utilities, staffing, wear and tear, janitorial services, and general facility operations. Our event space is the perfect location for your next event. With a capacity of up to 500 guests, we can accommodate any type of event, from weddings to corporate events.

The Rotary Conference Center offers a variety of options from Round tables, Banquet Style Set up or Theater Style. The space has ambient lighting or can be used with overhead bright lighting. The stage makes a perfect setting for a speaker, band or DJ.

We offer a variety of amenities to make your event a success. From state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment to customizable lighting, we have everything you need to create the perfect atmosphere for your event.
Located in the heart of downtown, our event space is easily accessible by public transportation and has plenty of parking. Our central location also means that your guests will have plenty of dining and entertainment options before and after your event.
